FX Wildcat Breakdown

The FX Wildcat has long been one of our very favorite airguns here at Utah Airguns. It shoots laser accurate and the bullpup model is great for maneuverability and shooting in tight quarters. FX airguns are as good as it gets and they spared no expense on the Wildcat.

The ergonomics of the gun are well thought through. A nice pistol grip allows you a firm, comfortable hold. The side lever action makes for a smoother index compared to the traditional bolt action.

Each of the .177, .22, and .25 caliber magazines have an eight pellet capacity. With the Wildcats smooth twist barrel design, you’ll be incredibly happy with your groupings at any yardage.

The internal air tank is easily refilled by twisting the dust cover cap at the end of the bottle to align the holes and inserting the fill probe. Make sure both O rings are in good condition in order to create a tight seal. The ideal air pressure for the Wildcat is between 150 – 230 bar. Shooting at lower that 150 bar can negatively affect accuracy and could potentially damage the airgun.

The Wildcat comes with three stocks to choose from. The well loved Synthetic, a rugged Walnut and a classy Laminate. For those interested in putting their own personal touch on their airguns, Utah Airguns offers custom hydro-dipped stocks. The FX WIldcat Patriot is a great example of this. Other customers have requested specific designs and we are happy to work on these orders on an individual basis. Call us today to see what custom work we can do to your airgun.
