Utah Airguns is committed to providing accurate product information, fair pricing, and a secure shopping experience. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

Pricing & Availability

We strive to honor pricing listed at the time of purchase or pre-order. However, due to factors beyond our control—including tariffs, import costs, and manufacturer price changes—pricing and availability may change without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, Utah Airguns reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order. You will be notified, and your payment will not be processed.

Sales Policy

All gun and ammunition sales are final.

An adult signature is required for all airgun purchases.

You must be:

• 18 years or older to purchase most products

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and possession of airguns, optics, or accessories complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Shipping Restrictions

Utah Airguns reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location where products may be restricted.

Orders suspected of being exported outside the United States may be canceled.

Restricted Locations (Airguns)

• States: Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, District of Columbia
• Cities: All boroughs of New York

International Orders

We ship accessories only to select international countries.

We do not ship airguns or optics internationally.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws.

Important: If your order is seized or confiscated by customs, Utah Airguns is not responsible and will not reimburse product or shipping costs.

Order Cancellation & Restocking Policy

Order Cancellations

• Before Fulfillment Begins: Orders canceled before processing are eligible for a full refund.
• After Fulfillment Has Started: May be subject to a cancellation fee.
• After Shipment: Cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available.
• Orders with mixed stock will typically ship together.
• Split shipping available upon request (additional charges may apply).

Order Fulfillment Times

Fulfillment refers to processing before shipment.

Delays may occur during high-volume periods.

Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM (Closed weekends)

Shipping Methods

• FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days
• FedEx Express: 1–4 business days
• USPS Priority: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Insurance (Route)

• Utah Airguns ships FOB (Free on Board)
• Responsibility transfers once given to carrier
• Without insurance, Utah Airguns is not responsible for lost or damaged packages

Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Items

Airguns and ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible Returns

• Unused and in original condition
• Include all packaging and accessories
• Requested within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items
• Modified products
• Air tanks, compressors, pressurized systems
• Custom or clearance items

Return Process

• Obtain Return Authorization (RA)
• Ship with tracking

Returns without authorization may be refused. Restocking fees up to 15% may apply.

The Utah Airguns Loyalty Program rewards customers for purchases.

2. Eligibility

• Must be 18+ and a U.S. resident
• One account per individual
• Not available to businesses

3. Earning Points

• Earn 1 point per $1 spent
• Points worth $0.01 each

4. Redeeming Points

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred
• Not refunded on returns

5. Expiration

Points expire after 12 months.

6. Program Changes

We may modify or terminate the program at any time.
