The DonnyFL AEA Challenger Moderator Adapter is a precision-machined thread adapter engineered specifically for the shrouded versions of the standard AEA Challenger — providing a secure, reliable moderator mounting interface with a clean, professional appearance on your rifle. CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a black anodized finish and knurled thread protector included, this is the purpose-built solution for Challenger owners who want to run an aftermarket LDC.
Overview
Designed to integrate cleanly with the AEA Challenger's shrouded barrel system, this DonnyFL adapter provides accurate fit and alignment for a wide range of aftermarket moderators. Note that .30 caliber models should be verified by measuring the outer diameter of the threaded front cap — it should be approximately 28mm for proper fitment. Thread locker may be present from the factory, and heat from a heat gun or small torch may be required to remove the front cap during installation.
