The DonnyFL Yokozuna QD is the flagship quick-disconnect moderator in the DonnyFL lineup — a premium, precision-engineered QD moderator featuring an indexed locking system for perfect alignment and zero point-of-impact changes on every reattachment. Larger than the Ryu at 1.6" diameter x 7.375" length — matching the Sumo's outer dimensions — the Yokozuna delivers maximum sound reduction with the convenience of quick-disconnect operation for serious airgunners who refuse to compromise.

Overview
The Yokozuna QD's indexed locking system ensures the moderator returns to the exact same position every time it's reattached — delivering consistent performance and zero POI shift between sessions. The modular design allows length adjustment to suit different setups, and the 7075 aluminum QD housing and adapter provide maximum strength at the connection point while 6061 T6 aluminum baffles and sections keep overall weight in check. Includes a 1/2x20 female thread adapter for broad platform compatibility, with M18x1 threading available for .357 caliber platforms.

Caliber Sizing Recommendation
⚠️ For .177, .22, and .25 caliber airguns — select one caliber size up for best fit and to reduce pellet clipping risk.
⚠️ The .30 caliber model is already precision-bored larger than standard — no upsize needed.
Compatibility Guide
Direct Barrel Threading — Airguns where the barrel threads directly into the shroud or barrel adapter (no floating barrel) are compatible with the QD attachment. Still recommend upsizing one caliber for optimal performance.
Threaded Housing Use — Ideal for maximum alignment and accuracy. Reduces clipping risk and may eliminate the need to upsize caliber.
Floating Barrels / Air Strippers — Not recommended for QD attachment use. Slight movement in the QD mount can cause misalignment, accuracy issues, or baffle strikes. If used, use threaded housing and consider upsizing. Best alternatives for floating barrel airguns: DonnyFL Sumo, Tanto, KOI, or Tatsu.
