Combining a tungsten hammer weight, lighter valve return spring, and adjustable pin probe into a single precision upgrade package, this kit delivers increased velocity, improved airflow, and fine-tunable seating depth for the best possible accuracy with heavy projectiles across .22, .25, and .30 caliber configurations.
Overview
The Slug Power Kit works on three fronts to optimize your Impact for slug shooting. The tungsten hammer weight replaces the factory hammer, adding mass that allows for greater hammer spring compression and more energy delivery on the valve. The lighter valve return spring keeps the valve open slightly longer, increasing airflow and improving propulsion of heavier projectiles. The adjustable pin probe lets you fine-tune projectile seating depth for optimal accuracy while further improving airflow to the projectile — a critical factor when pushing slugs at extended ranges.
