The H&N Slug HP II in .25 caliber is a purpose-engineered slug projectile that goes well beyond what traditional pellets can achieve — designed for powerful PCP air rifles capable of pushing projectiles accurately to 50, 100, and even 200 meters. Featuring a bullet-shaped hollow point profile, lubricated and hand-packed construction, and available in .249" and .250" diameter options across four weight variants — the Slug HP II delivers the extended-range performance that serious hunters and long-range airgunners demand.
Overview
The Slug HP II's favorable ballistic coefficient delivers a flat trajectory and excellent energy retention at distances where conventional pellets lose consistency and power. Two diameter options accommodate different barrel profiles and power levels, and the recommended muzzle energy of 60–90 joules (minimum 40 joules) ensures optimal performance across the available weight range. Every slug is lubricated, visually inspected, hand packed, and secured with foam pads for protected, consistent delivery.
