Overview
The Shade's SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) 3D-printed monocore enables internal baffle geometries that traditional machining cannot achieve — optimizing airflow disruption for maximum sound reduction in every caliber. The all-metal 6061 aluminum housing is tuned per caliber for the best possible performance, and while each model is caliber-optimized, smaller caliber guns still perform excellently in larger caliber Shade moderators. Every unit is machined to close tolerances for consistent, repeatable performance shot after shot.
