The SiOnyx 940nm IR Illuminator Kit is the purpose-built infrared lighting solution for the Aurora family of night vision cameras — engineered specifically to complement the Aurora sensor for the perfect balance of color and brightness. With a powerful 5W 940nm LED infrared illuminator capable of identifying targets out to 150 meters and recognizing targets well beyond, this kit dramatically extends the capability of your Aurora camera system in complete darkness. Everything you need is included and packed in a weather-tight hard case with custom die-cut foam.

Overview

The 940nm wavelength is tuned specifically for the Aurora sensor — delivering optimal color balance and brightness that generic IR illuminators simply cannot match. Two included Picatinny rail options give you the flexibility to mount the illuminator directly to the Aurora via the custom ¼-20mm rail, or attach it to any helmet or weapon equipped with standard 1913 Picatinny rails via the included flashlight mount. A single 18650 rechargeable battery powers the illuminator for 2 hours of continuous runtime, and a spare battery and USB charger are included to keep you running through the night.
