Crafted with excellence, these Vortex rings are created from the highest quality USA 7075 T6 billet aluminum. The manufacturing process is incredibly precise, with a tolerance of only .0005 inches, thanks to the use of Computer Numeric Controlled (CNC) milling machines. The rings are then serialized for easy identification and undergo a series of finishing processes, including vibratory tumbling, bead blasting, and Type III hard coat anodizing, to ensure a rugged and dependable finish that can withstand even the toughest of conditions.
