The Nightforce Configurable Field Spotting Scope (CFS) 6-36x50mm F1 is a purpose-built first focal plane spotting scope carefully designed for practical field use — combining balanced ergonomics, flexible configurations, and refined Nightforce optical quality in a streamlined, compact, snag-free design that travels as easily as it performs. Available in MOA-XTs and TREMOR4 reticle variants, each scope ships with a full accessory cage featuring dual Picatinny rail sections, five M-LOK mounting locations, and 1/4-20 threaded holes for complete field customization.
Overview
The CFS 6-36's first focal plane reticles are adapted from the most popular Nightforce riflescope reticles — providing familiar ranging and holdover references that precision rifle shooters already know. The rapid-focus ring with 120-degree throw delivers fast, smooth focus transitions from 20 meters to infinity, and the 50mm objective lens delivers a 5.8mm exit pupil at 6x for excellent low-light performance. The accessory cage transforms the CFS into a fully customizable field platform — mounting rangefinders, phones, Kestrels, and other accessories directly to the scope body via Picatinny rail, M-LOK, and 1/4-20 threaded interfaces.
