* An adult signature will be required for all sales of airguns & product valued at over $500.00.

You must be 18 years old to purchase on our on-line store. (Must be 21 for certain products).

You are responsible to determine that no laws or regulations prohibit your purchase or possession of airgun or optics products and that there are no other reasons that you cannot legally purchase or possess the product.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

There are areas to which Utah Airguns cannot ship airguns or other products. Certain states and municipalities have established certain limitations, and Utah Airguns reserves the right not to ship particular products to certain locations. If we determine a product is going to be leaving the country we reserve the right to cancel any orders. 

We cannot ship airguns to the following locations:

  • States: Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, District of Columbia

  • Cities: Boroughs of New York. 

International Shipping

***If you order is confiscated by your customs agency, Utah Airguns is not responsible for the loss, nor will we reimburse you for the cost of the impounded products or their shipping cost.***

Utah Airguns does ship accessories to a limited number of international countries (no airguns or optics). It is up to you to research and adhere to your local airgun & airgun accessory laws. The website will come up with an error if you are in a country we do not ship to. There are some countries that have specific regulations that we cannot ship certain products to. If you order a restricted product we may have to cancel your order.

We do not ship optics, night vision, etc. out of the United States. 

Pre-Ordered Items:

Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as possible. If you ordered both  in-stock and marked backordered products we will typically wait to ship everything together. If you would like us to ship the in stock items first, please call us at 385-685-5951. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Our goal is to fulfill your order as fast as possible. Below are our minimum expectations for orders. Fulfillment is everything up until the label is put on the box and the carrier picks it up. 
In-Stock Accessories – 2-3 business day
In-Stock Guns (no services) – 3-5 business days
Guns with services (scope mounting/sight-in/tuning) – 3-5 business days
Guns with custom work (hydro-dip/cerakote) – 3-4 weeks from when we have the gun in stock.
Compressors (Non-palletized) 5 – 7 days. 
Compressors (palletized) 7-10 days
We almost always are faster than these times, but sometimes we get big shipments of guns and quality is our number one priority. Please be patient with us!
Business hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM. Our fulfillment and shipping departments are closed Saturday & Sunday. 


No matter what shipping option is selected (Standard, Priority or Express) the above fulfillment times do not change. The shipping (once the carrier has the package) will be faster with Priority or Express selections.
FedEx Ground (US): 1–5 business-days in the contiguous 48 states; 3–7 to Alaska and Hawaii
FedEx Express: 1-4 business days. Only lower 48 states.
USPS Priority: 1-3 business days

We have worked to provide the best experience for our customers. To help improve the shipping experience and protection, we offer shipping insurance through Route. We highly encourage you to purchase Route to protect your order from loss, theft, or damage. The products that Utah Airguns sales are highly valuable and often fragile. Route is the best option to protect the products through the shipping process. Utah Airguns Shipping terms are FOB (Free on Board); once the products are loaded onto the shipping vessel, the responsibility for the good transfer to the customer. If you choose to wave Route coverage, Utah Airguns is not responsible for orders that are lost, damaged or stolen.
Utah Airguns Return Policy
You have 48-hours from receiving your order to report any missing items or physical damage. Please test all your products to make sure they are functioning correctly as soon as possible. We have a 15-day return policy, returns of product must be defective and the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit. 
Airguns: We will allow a return of any defective airgun for a store credit refund up to 15-days of delivery. After the 15-day window refunds are still possible, but will require a restocking fee. 
If a refund is requested with the gun being in working condition a minimum 25% restocking fee will be assessed and charged. 
Utah Airguns will closely inspect any defective guns that are returned. In the case of customer tampering, incorrect tuning or use we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund.
Restocking Fee: Items that are returned for reasons outside of defectiveness will be subject to at least a 25% restocking fee. This amount may be higher upon evaluation of the situation. 
*PayPal has stopped refunding processing fees to customers (11/20/2019).
Airgun Warranty Policy: 
Most manufacturers do have at least a 1 year warranty on their airguns. Utah Airguns is an authorized service center for many of the airgun brands we sell. Typically if an airgun needs service it will be returned directly to Utah Airguns. In some cases we may have you send it to the manufacturer for repair. 
Utah Airguns will cover the shipping cost both ways for warranty work up to 90-days from purchase. After 90-days the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the gun in (one-way) and we will cover the return cost after repair. 
Please remember that PCP airguns are highly technical products with many moving parts, seals, etc. that will need maintenance over time. There are certain o-rings and parts that are not covered under warranty, but considered routine maintenance (breech o-rings for example). 
Due to the complexity of these products there are many times that incorrect use can cause issues. These type of issues can be evaluated and would not be covered under warranty (installing aftermarket power kit parts for example or incorrect tuning). 
*Defectiveness includes leaking guns, physical damage, misfiring, non-functioning and abnormal performance. What is defective may be up to interpretation. Utah Airguns reserves the right to determine if a product is truly defective before issuing a refund. 
Accuracy: No airgun manufacturers that we sell have accuracy guarantees. 
All optic warranty related issues will be worked with the manufacturer directly. Almost all the optics we sell have a limited lifetime warranty. We have a 15-day return policy and any refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. 
Restocking Fee: Items that are returned for reasons outside of defectiveness will be subject to at least a 25% restocking fee.

 • We will prosecute fraudulent orders.

•Because of the nature of the products that Utah Airguns supplies, we must perform an extensive validation of orders. This may include verification of shipping and billing information, phone calls to customers, verification of valid e-mail, cardholder information and cardholder authorization.

• Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

• Price and availability are subject to change without notice. However, we do our best to provide our customers with up-to-date and error free product information. In the event that there is a pricing glitch or mistake, Utah Airguns is not obligated to honor pricing mistakes. If you place an order and it is found to contain a pricing error we will contact you by email or phone to inform you that your order can’t be fulfilled. Your credit card will not be charged.

• We reserve the right to speak to only the card holder. If a fraudulent order is suspected we will wish to speak with the card holder and a phone number must be given to us. The cardholder can not call us.

• Order tracking and shipping information is available after an order that has been confirmed, billed to the customer and shipped.
